Linkcroft is run by a Dutch sole trader. These are the details that Dutch and European law require every commercial website to publish, whether or not the service is free.
Who runs Linkcroft
Linkcroft is a trade name. The party you contract with is Total Management Control, the sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under 09109749.
How to reach us
For anything about your account or the service — a question, a bug, a privacy request, a complaint — use the form on linkcroft.com/support or write to info@linkcroft.com. A person reads every message. We answer in English or Dutch, whichever you write in.
Single point of contact for recipients of the service (Article 12 of the Digital Services Act): info@linkcroft.com. You can reach us directly and in writing at that address. It is not an automated system — the reply comes from a person.
Single point of contact for authorities (Article 11 of the Digital Services Act) — for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services: info@linkcroft.com. Working languages: English and Dutch.
To report illegal content, use the reporting channel described at linkcroft.com/support. That section says what to include and what happens next.
For security researchers: our security.txt names the address to send a vulnerability report to.
Supervision and dispute resolution
Linkcroft is not a regulated profession and is not subject to a licensing scheme, so there is no supervisory body to name here.
For personal data, the supervisory authority is the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), Postbus 93374, 2509 AJ The Hague, the Netherlands — autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. You can complain to them about how we handle your data. We would rather you told us first, at info@linkcroft.com.
We are not affiliated with a certified alternative dispute resolution body. If we cannot settle a dispute between us, the competent court is the court in the Netherlands, as set out in our Terms of Service.
